The Belgian civil servants since February 1 have the right not to answer calls, electronic letters or messages by work in a time off. About it the Belgian newspaper De Morgen with reference to the order which has appeared at it of the minister of affairs writes public services Petra De Sutter. In the letter dispatched by madam De Sutter, it is spoken about the right of federal civil servants "to be disconnected from work" and to be out of access to a time off.
