Dairy industry Latvia in five years, from 2015 to 2020, lost 8142 farms that makes nearly 42% of total number of farms, reported Institute agroresources and economy (IAE). Milknews learned from the senior analyst of GIRA of Veronique of La Güera with what this phenomenon is connected.
