The public figure Earnest Makarenko criticized idea of the governor Saint Petersburg Alexander Beglov about installation of a monument to the Azerbaijanians protecting blockade Saint Petersburg. According to the speaker, wrong and unethically to allocate in such question only one nationality because the contribution to a victory was made by all Soviet citizens.
