Russian Federation and China opposed inclusion in sanctions lists of United Nations five persons tied with North Korea, having blocked an initiative of United States of America, transfers Federal state unitary enterprise RAMI "RIA Novosti". About it to correspondents of agencies reported sources in UN Security Council. According to interlocutors, for adoption of this decision the consensus of all 15 members of Security Council was required.
