Petroleo Brasileiro SA and Novonor want 1,5 billion dollars for Braskem equity stake

Holders of a controlling stake of the Brazilian petrochemical Braskem SA - Petroleo Brasileiro SA and Novonor - want to sell papers of companies about 1,5 billion dollars that, as expected, becomes one of the placements of shares largest in the country in the current year. Petrobras and Novonor, the industrial conglomerate which is earlier known as for Odebrecht, submitted an application for carrying out secondary placement of 154 million 886,547 thousand preference shares of Braskem, is spoken in the placement prospectus.
