The police made protocol on the Lipetsk deputy because of performance of the anthem USSR

According to militiamen, the member of Communist Party of the Russian Federation Alexander Aleksandrovich Ushakov broke the federal constitutional law concerning use of the state symbols. In November the communist executed the anthem Soviet Union under music of the anthem Russian Federation at regional council session, reports "7x7". As Alexander Aleksandrovich Ushakov noted, he tried to prove to police officers that in his actions there was no offense structure.
