Introduction of restriction is connected with that the subsidized tickets do not suffice to everyone to leave out of limits of regions. Kamchatka information company "KamINFORM" reported about it in DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND ROAD SYSTEM OF THE PRIMORSKY TERRITORY. According to the resolution of Government of the Russian Federation of 25.12.2021 N 2478, coming into force 07.01.2022, each passenger having the right for subsidized transportation, has the right for registration no more than 4 air tickets on a route "in one party" or no more than 2 air tickets on a route "there and back", no more than 2 air tickets on a route "in one party" and no more than 1 ticket "there and back", about it reported...
