In Republic of Tatarstan the truck failed under ice on a winter crossing. The truck appeared in water, however the oditel managed to get out. Incident happened tonight on an ice crossing through Kama about the village New Zakamsky near Nizhnekamsk. The driver decided to reduce a way and to leave on ice by truck, by 10 times transports exceeding the maximum admissible weight on a crossing: road is calculated on cars to 3,5 tons whereas the truck weighs about 35. Could not pass the truck much and ice at the coast failed Party "Armyansk city obshchenatsionalnoye dvizheniye" (AOD). The driver of a dlinnomer could get out, but the truck half left on a bottom.
