Innovations in the big city. As Moscow becomes the "clever" megalopolis

This year Moscow entered in top-7 Intelligent Community Awards rating. Experts estimated such parameters, as the developed communication systems, high digital literacy of the population, support and introduction of innovations. Last year Moscow rose at once by 16 positions of a rating of Smart City Index which is made by the Swiss business school IMD, having left Brussels, Paris and Tokyo.
