The first day of the 70th Tour of 4 springboards in Oberstdorf was not really pleasant: the heavy continuous rain and constantly changing wind turned qualification on opening of competitions of Tour of 4 springboards into the fight impregnated with a rain with a break because of a wind, it is no more and not less. Despite a set of breaks and delays, qualification offered everything that could be expected from opening of Tour of 4 springboards.
