On request of the prosecutor Kurtamysh district court nullified Tajikistan marriage

Kurtamysh district district court Kurgan region satisfied administrative claims of the prosecutor of the area about recognition of marriage by the invalid. So, in August, 2020 in Body the REGISTRY OFFICE of Administration of the Kurtamysh district was registered marriage between the citizen Russian Federation and the citizen of Tajikistan. During public prosecutor's checking it is established that it was got married fictitiously, citizens were not going to establish a family and to conduct economy.
