The center of volunteering opened in Planes Red

In Planes Red the center of support and developments volunteering opened. It settled down in building District culture center, reported to periodical e-edition "Pskovskoe agentstvo informatsii" in the press service of Administration of the Pskov region. Emergence of such public platform in municipality became possible thanks to implementation of the regional draft "Social Activity" of the national project "Education".
