In Tirana will pass Open Balkan summit

In Tirana on December 20 and 21 will pass Open Balkan summit. Except leaders Albania, Serbia and Northern Edi Makedony Rama, Alexander Vuchich and Zoran Zaev will take part in the summit representatives of the Atlantic council (the organization recognized to Russian Federation undesirable) O'Brayen Jim, the head of Open Society fund (the organization recognized to Russian Federation undesirable) Soros Alex and the commissioner European commissions on expansion Oliver Varkheli.
