In GPS Academy Ministry of the Russian Federation for Civil Defence, Emergency Situations and the Relief of Natural Disasters gala concert competitions musical and art creativity took place. Creative competition among cadets and students was carried out for the purpose of promotion of moral and esthetic and cultural education, identification and developments talents among variable structure of Academy.
