Manila, 15 December/Xinhua / the Authorities of Philippines began today evacuation of people in coastal villages in the central and southern parts of the country in connection with approach of the strong typhoon "Paradise". Local mass media showed how officials visited houses in coastal areas of Province of Southern Leyte in the central part of Philippines and asked inhabitants to go to safer places because of threat of storm high waters.
