The countries assume obligations on KS 26 Glasgow, on November 3, 2021: In Day of climatic financings on KC 26 the World Meteorological Organization (WMO), the Program of developments United Nations (PROON) and the Program of United Nations on environment (YuNEP) declared creation of Fund of financings systematic supervision (FFSN).
