President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin sent condolences to the leader of United States of America Joe Biden after death of people during a tornado in some states. The text of the telegram is published on a site of the Kremlin. "Dear sir president, accept sincere condolences in connection with tragic consequences of the tornado which has fallen upon State of Kentucky and some other states of United States of America", - Vladimir Putin told.
