In December on the basis of ULYANOVSK STATE PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY NAMED AFTER I. N. ULYANOVA, TO ULGP NAMED AFTER I. N. ULYANOVA, FEDERAL STATE-FUNDED EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION FOREIGN ECONOMIC ASSOCIATION "ULYANOVSKY STATE PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY NAMED AFTER I. N. ULYANOVA", FEDERAL STATE-FUNDED EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION FOREIGN ECONOMIC ASSOCIATION "ULGPU NAMED AFTER I. N. ULYANOVA" passes the All-Russian festival of pedagogical groups of pedagogical higher education institutions "BREAK". The purpose of the Festival is creation of conditions for improvement of quality of rest, improvement, developments children and youth due to increase of the general level of pedagogical and creative competences of members of the leaders' and pedagogical communities working with temporary children's collective. Ours university is represented by pedagogical groups: SPO "Phoenix" of A. P. Umansky, SPO "Dream" of a name Dmitry Klushin, SPO "Scarlet sails"...
