The annual festival competition of youth creativity of "HIP-HOP TIME 2021" came to the end. The youth center "Russia" again collected in the walls the talented youth, practising a rap music. The jury which part were Gureev Stanislas, Arginskaya Irina and Mikhail Yeliseev, distributed places as follows: The 3rd place - Almaz2 a place - ATAKATAKTA1 a place – Names as a leading festival acted Mironov Yegor.
