The head of Hydrometeorological center Roman Mendelevich Vilfand told that Russian Federation waits for inhabitants of the European part a large number of thaw and frosts to –20 degrees. The weather forecaster noted that only in Moscow 10–11 thaw is predicted in the winter. He called it "a serious problem" about which we started forgetting.
