In the Albanian Elbasan the seventh joint meeting of the governments Kosovo and Albania took place on November 26. The first such meeting took place in 2014 in Kosovan Prizren. As reports the Albanian news agency to Telegrafi, the parties signed 13 cooperation agreements.
