Prosecutor's office Velikiye Luki Pskov region held state charges on criminal case concerning the resident of Velikiye Luki who killed the drinking companion. As reported "MK in Pskov" in city prosecutor's office, the woman will spend 7 years to colonies. On April 6 the defendant drank alcohol with the acquaintance.
