Protection condemned on business of "Winter cherry" firefighters appealed against sentence

Protection of the Kemerovo firefighters Genin Sergei and Bursin Andrey, recognized court guilty of negligence at shopping and recreation center suppression "Winter cherry", appealed against sentence. About it newspaper "Kommersant" was reported by the lawyer Bursin Andrey Alexander Polkovnikov. In complaint it is indicated injustice of a sentence and that in it there are violations of UK and the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation.
