On October 31 the professional holiday is celebrated by employees and workers of pre-trial detention centers and prisons, reported to periodical e-edition "Pskovskoe agentstvo informatsii" in the press service of Administration office Federal Penitentiary Service on Pskov region. The order on celebration the former director signed on September 14, 2006 Federal Penitentiary Service Yuri Kalinin. In the territory Pskov Region prisons are not present. In structure the Pskov UFSIN are two pre-trial detention centers — SIZO-1 in Pskov and SIZO-2 in Velikiye Luki.
