Soderzhaniyeistoriya 2021: PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY MOSKOVSKY EXCHANGE took 95% of shares of BierbaumPro of the Note History 2021: PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY MOSKOVSKY EXCHANGE took 95% of shares of BierbaumPro at the end of October, 2021 PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY MOSKOVSKY EXCHANGE declared acquisition of 65,5% of actions of companies BierbaumPro AG which is the only owner LLC "NT PROGRESS", the developer of a platform for off-exchange trades tools of the currency market NTPro. By results of the transaction which is already closed, the share of the exchange in BierbaumPro AG grew from 29,5% to 95%.
