Interregional prosecutor's office of the Vyatskiye Polyany district of the Kirov region carried out an inspection of performance of the housing legislation during which in activity local governments are revealed violations of laws at the contents and the order by the municipal property, demanding taking measures of public prosecutor's reaction. The basis for intervention was the address of the pensioner who complained in bodies of prosecutor's offices of violations of her housing rights, having pointed to non-working system heatings in her house.
