The earthquake measuring 5,3 occurred on Saturday in northeast part of Taiwan. The seismological service of this Chinese island which has registered tremors at 11:16 reported about it, transfers Trend with reference to information agency "ITAR-TASS". Their epicenter was on the coastline, in 9 km to the northeast from the city of Hualien, and the center lay at a depth of 25,8 km.
