Into Tver Region plan to enter QR codes because of epidsituation deterioration

In many regions Russian Federation are entered QR codes on visit of sports, entertaining establishments. Without QR code it will be impossible to enter into restaurants, cafes, other establishments of a public catering, cinema and concert halls.
