On JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "OKSKAYA SUDOVERF" there took place a ceremony of a laying of Kiel of the first bulk carrier of a new series of the RSD71 project. The vessel is under construction for JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "VOLGA-FLOT" within the program for updating of fleet of the enterprise.
