In Ecuador appointed the new Minister of Defence

Luís's Louis General Hernandez appointed chapter of Ministry Republic defenses Ecuador, the president of the republic Guillermo Alberto Santiago Lasso Mendosa on the page in Twitter declared. "Louis General Hernandez will head the Ministry of Defence. Completely I trust it to abilities and the leadership skills shown by it during service" — he declared.
