In claim Kolpashevsky city prosecutor's offices court obliged administration of the city settlement to transfer heat supply networks under concession agreements

The Kolpashevsky city prosecutor's office carried out an inspection of performance of the legislation on concession agreements. It is established that in 2019 belonging to municipal education "the Kolpashevsky city settlement" networks of a heat supply are transferred to using resursosnabzhayushchy organizations under contract rents. Meanwhile according to the legislation in similar cases the municipal property has to be provided under concession agreements.
