The president made a speech at the international conference on achievement of a carbon neutrality

Kasym-Zhomart Tokaev took part in the international conference "Ways of Achievement of the Objectives of The Parisian agreement according to the Framework Convention on Climate Change and Carbon Neutrality Kazakhstan" which took place in the city Astana.
