On Wednesday, October 6, 2021, the world prices for gas reached the absolute maximum — $1 900 for 1 thousand CBM, only by the end of day having jumped aside to $1 450. The cost of fuel started growing in July. Later, to the middle of September, the price of 1 thousand CBM reached record $800, and by September 28 future contracts on 1 thousand CBM were on sale already for $1 thousand.
