Experts discussed the plan of developments Open Source to Russian Federation

On October 1 students of ФГАОУ ВО РУТ (МИИТ), РУТ (МИИТ) with assistance of Managements talents visited Russia Open Source Summit. All discussions were organized by the principles of an open code. In each of four tracks meeting of the working group was provided. On presentation of the project of Strategy "About development the software to Russian Federation till 2024" experts discussed basic aspects of developments with an open code cultures of open source-razrabotki, risks and opportunities, and also questions of creation of necessary infrastructure.
