The candidate of State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation from "Apple" Nikita Sorokin since morning is pursued by police officers who want to deliver it in the 75th office for registration protocols under article 19.3 of Federal law of the Russian Federation of 30 December 2001 No. 195-FZ "On the Code on Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation" (disobedience to the police officer).
