Sergei Sarkisov, the founder RESO-GARANTIYA, the producer, the director and one of heads the production companies "the BLITZ the MOVIE", became the judge of the International Cannes international film festival independent cinema (CIIFF). The Cannes international independent film festival of CIIFF will take place from October 1 to October 3 at movie theater "Miramar" in Cannes.
