RT Central Electoral Commission once again rejected the demand for a referendum apropos constructions MSZ

The Central Electoral Commission of Republic of Tatarstan rejected the demand from initiative group on holding a referendum concerning placement of incineration plant (MSZ). An application was submitted by regional council of "Apple", reports newspaper "Kommersant". In the organization consider that the State Council has to adopt the law providing holding local referenda for decision-making on construction of similar projects.
