REGIONAL NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATION "ODA" declares start of the Third international photo contest of "FOTORUAT" devoted to the subject "Visually about the Actual". The FOTORUAT photoproject - space of creative interaction of talented, not indifferent and conceiving youth of two countries, united the fans of photoart beginning and professional photographers.
