In Kolpashevo district Tomsk Region are satisfied claims prosecutor's offices about granting housing to orphans

The Kolpashevo city prosecutor's office of the Tomsk region carried out inspections according to addresses of three locals about violation of their housing rights. It is established that applicants at minor age remained without parental care and consisted in the list of the citizens who are subject to providing with premises. However on reaching 18-year age the housing was not provided to them. For restoration of the violated rights of citizens the city prosecutor sent to court claims with requirements to oblige Administration of the urban settlement Kolpashevsk to provide needing well-planned premises.
