Federal arbitration court West Siberian federal district refused satisfaction of requirements of creditors about attraction to subsidiary responsibility of the founder of Group of companies "Kholidey" Skorokhodov Nicholas. The cassation instance made this decision on September 20, having upheld decisions of the courts of subordinate instances.
