Expenses of tenants on projects of reconstruction of the Ryazan memorial buildings will bring in rent structure

To tenants of the state property to Ryazan Region plan to set off expenses on preparation of design and budget documentation on capital repairs or reconstruction of buildings as a part of a rent.
