Elections in self-government on the basis of administrative-territorial reforms passed on June 5. However at the last minute withdrew from elections two self-governments — Varaklyan and Municipality of Rezekne. It occurred because of a verdict of the Constitutional vessels (KS) which has recognized accession of Varaklyan to Municipality of Rezekne not corresponding Satversm.
