Saint Petersburg: the 40 anniversary of the Leningrad rock club is celebrated at the Smoke over Water festival

The well-known Leningrad rock club continues celebration of the anniversary. In 1981 everything began with usual Culture center, and developed into the unique phenomenon which allowed domestic fate to leave an underground.
