Livni caused floods in Colombia and Venezuela

Extensive territories in the north Colombia and Venezuela appeared in the power of floods because of the pouring rains which have fallen upon the region. Many rivers flooded banks and flooded tens settlements, roads and thousands hectares of agricultural grounds.
