In Kurmanaevka district firm fined 80 thousand for earth pollution

Prosecutor's office of the Kurmanaevka district of the Orenburg region finished check upon spill of oil products on a site of the Bobrovsky field located in the territory of the area. It happened in October, 2020. As check showed, because of pipeline depressurization oil products spread that led to soil pollution on the area about 2 thousand kV of meters. Prosecutor's office the area initiated proceedings in the enterprise pollutant relation. It obliged to be responsible for damage of lands because of violation of the rules of the treatment of pesticides and agrochemicals.
