The president Venezuela Nicolas Maduro signed the decree about state of emergency because of the floods caused by pouring rains in the West and the country South, reports information agency "ITAR-TASS" ". I want to sign the decree about state of emergency for a period of 90 days in connection with rains which led to natural disasters in states State of Apure, Bolivar, State of Yaracuy, State of Zulia and Merida", - Nicolas Maduro told during meeting which was broadcast in Twitter.
