Court to Japan forbade nuclear power plant "Tokay-2" restart because of incomplete and unreliable plans for evacuation of the population living nearby

The Japan Times Lawyers of Japan Atomic Power Company (JAPC, "The Japanese nuclear power company") on Friday intend to submit the appeal on the solution of district vessels Mito which forbade restart of the nuclear power plant "Tokay-2" located in next to Tokyo to Prefecture of Ibaraki.
