Prosecutor's office Velikiye Luki Pskov region held the state charge on criminal case in the relation to the local resident whom accuse of a robbery and an undressing of the victim. "MK in Pskov" reported about it in city prosecutor's office. It is established that at the beginning of April the woman drank alcohol with the acquaintance at night. The defendant liked a jacket and trousers of the friend therefore it approached to the victim and took off from it clothes, and also stole from its backpack mobile phone.
