"Apple" suggests to hold a referendum about construction plant in Republic of Tatarstan In the Central Election Commission Republic of Tatarstan the petition for holding a referendum on a construction question in the republic of incineration plant (MSZ) arrived. The initiative was put forward by local office of "Apple" — it considers that vote can be combined with September elections in State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation to save budgetary funds. Opponents of MSZ repeatedly submitted applications for a referendum, but an initiative every time rejected regional electoral commission or the republic State Council.
