Andreapol: life after a hurricane

On August 2 on the suburb Andreapol the wind broke trees as matches, took down economic constructions and roofs of houses. Some structures are not subject to restoration. During a brunt of the disaster three persons were lost, suffered more than fifteen. Now the city is restored, and the problems typical for the Tver remote place, do this restoration difficult and dramatic. Last week in the northwest of the central part of Russian Federation there was a sharp weather changing. The heat was replaced by rains. Guido cyclone came to our country.
